I’m 45 and this is my first Tekken game. Back in the 90’s I just thought them to be inferior to my SF and MK games. Later in the 2000’s I had already fallen off fighting games because I didnt keep up when they got more technical. During middle school and high school nobody in the neighborhood could beat me on the snes/genesis/PS1. For SF2 it was the FB, bait them to jump in and DP their ass. Can’t remember my MK 1-2 strategy was but my friends couldn’t beat me. Over the last couple years I’ve gotten back into fighting games and since this is my first Tekken game this channel has been a big help. Definitely feels different than SF6 but I think I like it more.

if you have trouble executing the 1 frame electric with 3 you can use back 3 stance press down forward and 3 at the exact same time and ull land it

as a newbie to fighting games, this channel makes the best beginner guides out there! Personally, the one thing I would suggest is to add text / graphics for the inputs so it lessen the confusion although the good clarity of the narration compensates for that. Amazing work!

This is the best Reina beginner guide! It teaches the character while acknowledging that you still haven't mastered all the game mechanics. And it shows you enough advanced tech to help you push even further.

As someone who is completely new to fighting games, I appreciate this guide. I picked Reina pretty much instantly after viewing the roster and knowing she's one of the trickiest characters to play actually makes me more excited to learn her. Evidently I enjoy throwing myself in the deep end.

Amazing guide, one smalll but important remark: Reina's electric is like Kazuya, she has Mist Step, you can do electric just by doing f n df 2, no need for another forward input.

We will see lots of Reina for the first month and then a TON of Jin after that as people pivot off of her to a more straightforward characters

I discorve that B+2 you can do B+1+1+3+3+4... Btw thank you a lot as beginner in Tekken this helps a lot i try so many character and for some reason Reina was the one how felt go and visually easy for me to understand the stance is give me a short break to know what to do next
