How to Fix Error 1935 windows 10 office 2010 windows 8 /8.1 /10

How to fix Error 1935 while trying to install 3rd party applications.It's believed to be down to NET Framework "1935 Error" so make sure all your net framework is not corrupted and reinstall them all and make sure they are up to date.
