Take this as a learning experience for the future. If your surface isn’t flat, or has divots that the wheels could fall in, you shouldn’t use that tool. It’s the same as using a lawn mower in a yard with tree stumps and running one over.

I love when businesses take responsibility for their mistakes. Customer didnt have to pay, and he learned that driveway damage should be avoided by the surface cleaner for future jobs

This is why i have a spare of almost everything and do my own repairs. Even have 2 spare engines for my pressure washer. :)

Turned out great? No buddy, you can still see washmarks on the driveway, and yes you will see it even better when its dry

Don’t use turbo noise on concrete or you will roughen the surface because a turbo noise is just a pin and forces all that pressure on a tiny dot and blasts the surface away.

You should get a polymer surface cleaner. Has no wheels so you can get in real close to edges and no breakage, the thing just hovers, really cool bit of kit.

Get a hand held blower. I love my Stilh 86, gas, but they have electric too (ego is great!). The tools will run you $200-300 but well worth it.

My old driveway had demolished the saw the worker had used to break up the driveway. They used a combination of tools to do it, but around the bend, the saw was like nope. I wasn't charged but was made aware as well as the fact that he had it for 8 years and works with it on EVERY project. He left it there only to come back to fix it. The new driveway looks great and it had people stop by to look at the improvements. It took 4 months for the novelty to wear off.

If I have to use a tip instead of my surface cleaner I find that the best one is the white tip in my experience it is too hard and slow to use the turbo tip to clean large areas
