No matter how "prepared" any parent is, you find yourself doubting any previous knowledge you thought you had. It gets easier as you learn your baby. Everyone will give you advice. Everyone will tell you what they think works best etc. Take it all with a grain of salt and trust yourselves first. You will learn all the intimate details of your baby and you will develop that keen sense of what your baby needs. Congrats you two!

Super happy for you all!! I am also due Sept. 12 with a boy! This will be our second boy (oldest just turned 3) and man is it hard already. Baby boy is measuring in the 96th percentile which means he's big just like yours (firstborn was 10lbs 7oz) so I feel you girl!!
