Microsoft Teams Provisioner with the Power Platform

In this week's Template Tuesday video I highlight a template by That_API_Guy (Vivek Bavishi).

This template allows you to automate the provisioning of Microsoft Teams with set governance policies. It consists of a Power App front-end to request a new Team and see your pending requests, a SharePoint list back-end to hold the requests and a Power Automate Flow to handle the approval and creation of the Teams.

Thanks April for putting this out video and shout out to Vivek to create this at first. I think this is very good implementation by not using Microsoft Teams connector for Create a Team action inside Power Automate for obviously 1 it's in preview and it also doesn't have other attributes in Create Team action or other actions to set up governance. Thanks as always.

Thanks for the video. It's very interesting to see functional Power Apps and have them broken down into their components. I have one feedback: You use the word "just" a bit too much. For example, in the flow there are "just" some variables that "just" do such and such. Well, if you're new to this (as I am), it's not a simple thing as you imply using the word "just" :)

Hey I'm trying to import the flow but I can't since I cant change the e-mail its connected to while importing which means I can't import it is there a workaround for this or do I need to build the flow from scratch?

Hi April, is there a way to send messages in teams chat from powerapps? There doesn’t appear to be a way from the standard connector, however wondered if there was a way round this?
