Interesting but seeing that 'target' cross in the middle of the screens reminds me of an object I saw in my mind back in the 1990s. It was similar to the death ray device in the old "War of the Worlds" movie that came out of the Martian ships. But this was not any kind of lethal device. I don't know what purpose it served. But the top of it was similarly shaped to the part where that death ray came out of. Kind of diamond round shaped like that and in the middle of the front was a kind of screen and a '+' was in the middle of that glass or whatever material screen it was. I think the screen may have been green. That was the top part kind of like the 'head' of the device.

It was on top of a long and flexible 'stalk' from underneath of it that had several sections. I think they were also metal of some kind. Kind of like those flexible lamps except it was not a light. But in a similar way those sections made it flexible. I don't know if it had something to do with some kind of medical office or purpose like that. But I also have a memory associated with it of being in some kind of medical office waiting room and being groggy or half awake half asleep sitting there. I believe I was an adult when I was there. I don't associate that memory with being a small boy. I don't feel that there were military present in the waiting room. Not sure about elsewhere. I had forgot about that memory but seeing that '+' on the screen in those shots must have triggered it coming back to me so I could share it before I forget it again.

I have wondered if maybe having at least one more hypnotherapy regression might be something I might consider. I had a number of them in the 1990s up until maybe 1999 or 2000. I told the hypnotherapist that after the sessions I would often get kind of depressed and it would affect my appetite and my enjoyment of doing things I was used to doing. She told me that she wished I had told her that before. That if I was having adverse effects from it that maybe I should not have those sessions.

I will also have to say that I stopped going to UFO conferences eventually as well. It was supposed to be a kind of vacation but the entire time I would be paranoid [especially if my room was on a second floor of the hotel] and depressed. In some of the presentations the speaker might mention something and it would trigger bad memories as well.

In addition it was at one of the last conferences that I attended in which I discovered marks cut into my skin with dried blood on the marks. I still had them at least a week or a couple of weeks after coming back home. From time to time I have also found pin prick holes on different parts of my body. On one occasion there were probably hundreds of them on the rear part of my leg where I could not see them. It was summer and I was wearing shorts and a family friend noticed them and asked me about them. It almost looked like they might have been like little pixels in the shape of some kind of saucer shaped with UFO with three thrusters underneath. Sometimes these mysterious marks itch. Sometimes I don't feel them at all. But they have never been painful except for some of the scratches do get all puffed up and sore. But the pin prick marks don't hurt not even when I get water on them which normally marks cut into your skin will sting like crazy when you get water on them.
