🤣 that's why I workout first thing in the morning, I don't give my brain the opportunity to make excuses, it wakes somewhere in the middle of process

All jokes aside, sometimes we do need those extra rest days, but it can make it harder to form a consistent habit.

If you're new to working out, start by having a realistic schedule, make small incremental changes to your lifestyle to make it feel less of a chore. It can be as simple as finding the best time to workout that suits your preference and energy levels etc. Eventually it will become a habit to workout when you stay consistent with it.

Or if you're someone who needs the moral support, it helps by being on a fitness journey with a friend! If you're doing one of my challenges, do check out team challenges if you're wanting to join a group! Ultimately it comes down to self discipline. Know that you're strong enough to keep going!

The hair wash schedule one is my absolute nr. 1 excuse - I should really get myself to adjust my hair days to my workout routine and not the other way around 😮‍💨

When I feel lazy. But honestly, I just work out every other day and I've been consistent ever since. I'm on my 39th day of working out now. Just finished your get peachy challenge and I'm now on my 2024 hourglass challenge. I haven't seen results yet, but I feel better and stronger, I believe that results will show eventually. 😊

Usually it's because im too tired lol but ive been doing really good! It's part of my morning routine and if i dont get to it i usually just take a longer walk! 💖

I tried to start your workouts over the Summer. I thought it was a good idea to get going in good weather. However, it seemed that appointments and events always interfered. So, now, I'm starting on November 1st. I won't be going anywhere as the weather gets colder. I am committed to working out, consistently, every morning. And I plan on doing a complete juice fast. Fresh made juice, water and herbal tea (if I feel cold) will be my nourishment every day. I'm hoping to do 90-100 days. I will, likely, do your workouts from Monday-Friday and rest on Saturday & Sunday. I can only do standing low-impact workouts but I will do them faithfully. I'm sorry, I don't know how to post videos of myself. I am not very tech savvy. But I will ask my daughter to post a before & after of me. I'm a 71 year old, disabled senior citizen and trying to restore my health & vitality. Wish me luck everyone. Thank you so much. 💕

I've been doing Chloe ting workout like 3 years and I can't found better body now, I am not pretty but I m so confident bout my body i never skip not even in fever I do it like 3 and half hour I love you Chloe 💜💜

That's funny! I kinda made one today because I was shoveling dirt for like 30 mins, and was like that's my arm workout for today XD Picking back up tmr!
