This is a traditional introduction ceremony for the Batoro tribe in Western Uganda in the traditional wear for the women. Men usually wear same type of clothes as you saw in many tribes in Uganda. Yes the bridal party changes clothes several times as you saw. Introduction is held at the home of the brides parents and neighbors, friends, family always expected hence can’t lock people out because they don’t have an invitation card - all gatherings throughout Africa tend to be without invitations including graduations, funerals, etc Gifts are given in addition to the DOWRY.
