implies (a, c) e R.
Let's look at the first cousins in the family tree:
• Rathi (son of Rabi) is a first cousin of Avi and Manish (sons of Hem).
But Rathi and Avi, and Rathi and Manish don't have any other cousins in the given
tree who could be a part of a transitive relation. Since there are no other first
cousins to relate with, R cannot form a transitive relationship.
Conclusion:
The relation R does not satisfy the transitive property. Hence, R is not transitive.
