MITUTOYO vs TESA vs SYLVAC : the battle for quality calipers!

Unfortunately, I don't have a SYLVAC caliper, the BT model being overpriced.
150 mm models shown:
- MITUTOYO 500-196-30,
- TESA 00530321 (with BT module),
- SYLVAC S_Cal EVO Smart Micron 810.9506 or 810.9516 (my best wishes for 2021 to Sylvac's sales department).
Hélas, je n'ai pas de pied à coulisse SYLVAC, le modèle BT étant hors de prix.

It would be more comfortable to gripe the reference sample in the vise in which you attached the micrometer.

Where did you buy this Mitutoyo? Maybe it's fake

The test must be done with square gauge measures. Standards for a micrometer give an error due to skew. They need to be shaken a little when measuring. It seems to me that zero is not correctly set on Mitutoyo. You need to press harder and reset.

Where's Sylvac from the name of the movie? I didn't see him in the movie. I waited for the whole movie to see the comparison with Sylvac.

Me to very dissapoint about QC of Mitutoyo, bougt one mitutoyo ip67 coolant proof and when the jaws are perfectly close i see the light pass through the jaws, worst than chinese calipers.
You have this issues with your Mitutoyo?

Ich kann dir so schon sagen dass der Mitutoyo Messschieber definitiv nicht original ist. Die Dinger sind IMMER auf den 1/100mm genau. Aber sowas kauft man auch nicht auf ebay oder amazon... selbst schuld.

fake mitutoyo! u compare a fake mitu with a original tesa ! what do you expect to be better ! nest time do the homework corect and order a legit mitutoyo, u will then see that it will also show 25.00 spot on
