VMS GPS 700HDX map updates

the map update process on this unit is not that great. you can't use an Apple Mac. tips in video on what to do. I had to ring VMS I still like using the unit. as it has tom-tom street maps and uses topographic off-road maps.

is the new vms any good or still junk like the old one ?

good review, thank you. Have not bought unit yet, disappointed I cannot our apple/mac to do the map updates.
