Im from Malaysia. But always envy about indonesian Jazz scene. Indonesian can bring a lot of quality talented Jazz singer to their country and they love their Jazz. While in Malaysia we still stuck with 80's 90's thrash mellow music. I can see RnB, Neo Soul and Hip Hop music emerging in Malaysia currenlty but still they are not Malaysian cup of tea in terms of music, especially the Malays.
