That HBR5 and a set of bits was my first VIM purchase. Don’t need it much nowadays, but when I have clearance issues, it does the trick.

I have a HBR5 that I have dedicated to just leaving a square drive adapter on one end and a JIS #2 bit on the other end. Although the primary purpose of the square drive is to help me hold on and provide some much needed leverage when using the JIS #2 bit.

Please come out with lock ring adapters for the R1046?? 11mm x 13mm dual drive platform. Gonna try my hand at a 13mm to 3/8" adapter. The passthough based design is the ultimate low profile when a wrench doesnt work. Replaces a lot of the 90 degree deep reach wrenches. Would like to drive the 1/4" sockets, adapters etc. with this wrench to save space. Carry on me kinda thing. I know the 11mm will handle a 1/4" bit due to the fact only a heavy hand can best the VHC77 at 6mm or up. Would also like to see the 6mm available as stubby in the 5/16 side of ratcheting strength. Youll sell less rebuild kits, but the product would be way more robust. Dont know how many warranties you go thru, but an overtightened 6mm will slip and ultimately destroy the 1/4". Would like to see the HEX ball master set available in 5/16 drive flavors for 6mm/1/4" variety and up as well.

I bought the BMW starter wrench tool from you guys, which is an E12. I’ve been waiting for a chance to use it, and another tech in the shop had a starter to do on an E60 with the N52. I was all excited to finally use it and see how it works, only to be disappointed that the starter bolts are E14 bolts. It had been a while since I had to replace a starter, so I didn’t remember that they were E14 bolts…I just remembered that an 11mm box wrench can work in a pinch, but I don’t like to use that to break them loose. I typically get them loose, then I can use the 11mm wrench to get them out without the initial tightness.

Is there another version that accommodates the E14 sized bolts? I didn’t see anything on your site, last time I checked.
