I remember back in shop class, we would take a pop tab and hot glue it to the back of one of our wood burning plaque projects, to make a loop to hang on a thumbtack or something.

Haha the only one I thought that would be worth remembering to keep pop tabs around is the using them to hang extra clothing... THAT is very helpful

What do I do when the exposed and sharp metal scrapes the plastic off my headphones and now they shock me when I wear them?
Also is there a way to turn a pop tab into a needle to sew up the gash on my finger, again from exposed and sharpened metal that shredded my finger tip last time I tried to go to the bathroom?

if your bbq ing and don't have a knife to open hot dogs you can fold the soda tab and make a sharp edge to open the package and slit the dogs... pretty much a sharp edge for many uses

#1 At 63 years of age, I have yet to meet anyone who has caught a fish with a pop tab. The angels are all wrong and even if it did catch, without a barb, it would just slip off. This hack gets repeated over and over without anyone actually trying it out.
