Interesting. How? I thought you needed to set up D8120, then SET M8196 and RST M8125 as it is written in the manual. Why does it just works?

Hi!
First of all thank You for the video. Some days before arrived my HMI panel too.
I had a big frustration about my HMI device. I'll tell You what happened. Maybe the story will be useful for the others.
I didn't know that the version of HMI is very important thing in this case. My OP320A is an early version (v.6.5) so I can use that version of this program, which especially written for v. 6.5.
Finally I found the suitable version and I made a small simple screen arrangement with it. I downloaded the software to the HMI, but after downloading the screen was empty.
I couldn"t see any of the downloaded elements on the screen. I didn't know why. In earlier I used an Array SH300 type HMI device, which was very similar to OP320.
At SH300 after downloading immediately appeared the designed user screen on the HMI. At OP320 there is different the method.
After long suffering I though, lets try to connect HMI to the PLC. The downloaded user screen suddenly appeared.
Now I am happy :)

Hi I have performed step by step all your info works everything is activated the outputs of the plc and the memories.
there is no exchange of D parameters from PLC to OP
If I change the D parameter on the Op it works, but there is no PLC count. can you help me

I just bought an OP320A, it was made in 2022. I can not for the life of me get it to download to the unit. I've tried 6 different USB->RS232 convertors. Made my own cables. Used the supplied cables. Used versions 6, 8 and 9 of the software and I can't get the thing to download. The unit beeps and says "downloading" and then the software times out. It's very frustrating. Anyone else have this problem?
