This cutscene clip is taken from the new Version 5.1 update "The Rainbow Destined to Burn", specifically Chapter V: Act III Archon Quest "Beyond the Smoke and Mirrors". In this clip, Traveler was surprised that his spirit was transported into the Night Kingdom thru a trap laid out by Ororon himself. He is working together with Il Capitano of the Fatui Harbingers who also had some kind of proposal he wants to offer the traveler.
