Hello guys, there are two very famous companies where you can find a proper flat for you in Tbilisi, they have good projects around the city, those are Archi.ge & m2.ge, u can contact them directly. To buy a flat is very easy and there is no beaurocracy at all, info u can find in psh.gov.ge, if u have a question u can use a chat, it's government organization where u will register a property and ask them questions whatever u are interested related purchasing a property
