Mostly BS with some way too expensive models. I love the "mid-range" moniker on the Bosch. Mid-range at $2, 000 -- I'm so sure! Simple solution: For 99% of you who need a free standing oven, buy the GE JB750 series. I got the JB750SJSS. Best range I've ever owned and about $800 at Home Depot.

Dont buy samsung. I did then I regretted. Paid 2500$, take care of my oven with little use. The thermostats broke twice and now the head unit (550$) should be the cause of the unstable temperature. I contacted Samsung, they told me they cant do anything for me except to refer me to a repairman. The oven has only 3 years and I personally think that it should last more than 3 years. And guess what, I'm not the only one with this problem, reddit is overloaded with samsung story like mines. They do nothing! Put your money in another brands, dont get fooled by the good looking of the unit.

I'm not sure how Samsung got on this list. It is very unreliable, and will not make if past two years of service without an error code. This goes for all brands of Samsung electric ranges.

I’ve had a gas GE cafe and it’s shit. Never never will I buy GE again . The two burners never burned right, it’s a pain to clean, like high maintenance to clean, just totally sick of messing with it. It’s like these appliances get designed by a men, I think women need to design appliances .
