Excuses, instead of making things better. What a surprise.

The reason why the Port Of Vancouver is the second worst shipping port in the world is simply because of mismanagement within the BCMEA and incredibly gross mismanagement at each terminal. I have never seen such a mess created by incompetence in all of my working life.
