Hey Cookin, if your in Illinois there's a Mexican grocery store in CHICAGO HEIGHTS that's fantastic. They do a full pig " pulled "on weekends .
Also sell tenderized skirt steak, fresh guacamole, hot or mild and fresh salsa .It's on CHICAGO road just south of the poleece station.

Hi man, here in India we don't eat beef or steak because we hold mother cow just like our own mother (obviously you don't kill and eat your own mother) and I am a full time vegetarian from 6-7 years now - but your recipe was great so maybe will try this with Paneer (Cottage Cheese) and make an Indian style Paneer Taco!
