*ABOUT THIS FILM*

Barn owl chick unseasonably early
Barn owls normally lay their eggs in springtime, just in time for the chicks to hatch once the warmer weather arrives in late April or May. However, this barn owl pair are unseasonably early and laid three eggs in January.
Snow storms
The first chick hatched as Britain was battered by furious storms, arriving just as Storm Eunice, which brought devastating damage to the country, moved on, and Storm Franklin blew in. So far the three owlets are warm and safe inside my Sycamore Stump nest box where Willow is brooding them. And the second arrived into the world amidst freezing snow blizzards.
