When your CarlinKit TBox appears: unable to enter the system, frequent reboot and other non-functional, you can upgrade from Android 11 to 12 by burning software + firmware, please combine with the subtitles in the video for details. Attention! Before burning, restore TBox to factory settings.

I followed the tutorial here after the OTA update gave me a bootloop. QFIL showed me download success but now the unit won't even show the bootup screen, only blinking blue LED. A little help please.
