I do this without a true audio interface. I use the MPC Headphone out to a Sonus Adapter. It’s easy and both options work. Great video!

For the last option of using the mpc software in ableton it’s a quicker way to get the audio in ableton.. you can explode the drum tracks then drag and drop the audio from the mpc plugin to each audio track

I just use the Mpc software and and export the trackouts and import them in a Daw for mixing.. the workflows in your video are not bad, but very time consuming.. and can kill the creative flow

Works way better with Reason ableton is horrible and looks like a spread sheet
