Turns out adhd helped me become an addict, I was always chasing the dopamine hit. I got sober and my psychiatrist diagnosed me with adhd. Adderall has changed my life, I’m able to function like a normal adult and my relationships and work have improved so much. It’s interesting how I have not abused my adderall, but my fiancés cousin who was always a clean cut kid stays up for 3 or 4 days chipping away at his prescription. He looks horrible when he’s on a run, I can’t believe his doctor hasn’t pulled his prescription or do a pull count.

As someone who abused adderall severely, everything in this video is correct, not just that i was getting skinny to the point where my ribs we’re showing, little muscle mass in my arms. I was also losing my hair rapidly, me and my friends would take at the very least 100MG every night for an entire weekend.

This video was so comforting. I relate to almost every single thing you mentioned about adderall addiction exept going through 100mg a day. When i started adderall i had my life together, i never took care of myself more. Then suddenly once i decided to go over the reccomended dosage, i lost every aspect of self care. What im worried so much about rn is my sleep. I stay up every other other night just wired on adderall. It feels great but i always worry about my heart health now and not to mention nearly overdosing every week or so. Anyways it was so comforting to hear all this, for once i feel like im not the only one going through an adderall addiction.

I only take one a day, sometimes 2 and half the time it don't work but I've never taken as many as he said, it would blow my heart up. I use to get alot of stuff done but now I just sit here and watch youtube video's and movies. Now yesterday I cleaned out my desk drawers that haven't been cleaned out in years and it made me happy that I was finally doing something productive.

I was on it for years; 90 mg at a time, reduce a day if i could. I was also on hydrocodone and took 30 mg of that at a time, also twice a day and sometimes more. It's not worth losing your soul, and you will do exactly that. Just don't pick it up; but if you know everything like I did and make the choice to pick it up anyway, also know that you can recover!

As someone that’s abused coke and stimulates for years I swear I’ve done permanent damage. When I take adderall I’ll lay in bed and just enjoy it and be happy as hell

I was snorting 8 a day and ended up in the e.r for od. Was prescribed but loved the rush. Would skip days to have more and have a bunch later on.

Been an Adderall and caffeine addict since 2014. Mostly by choice but yea. I am different with mine tho I'm able to eat whenever I want to and my heart rate is not always higher then 100 during my time of doing it. Haven't really had that depression but I think I know what ur talking about tho it's in my mind but thankfully I've had control over my mind and emotions and I don't slip into depression cause I focus on positive energy and things and if things get too bad I jus go to sleep and everything will be better when I wake up. Great video tho. It's mostly true for alot of people I've seen that's addicted.

My friend started using Adderall. I can't stand him anymore. All he does is brag, talk about everything he's doing etc. It reminds me of a Wallstreet type of guy. I'd rather be around someone on coke

Addy is the devil. Worst withdraw i ever experienced in my life. Worse than opiates.

The depression and anxiety is so intense coming off addy I thought for sure I was ready to die. Called my mom even to say goodbye. Spent weeks self loathing.

When i finally recovered i went online. This was 2012. Did some research and realized only then it was withdraw i had been experiencing.

My hatred for addy is deep, and the peoole on it annoy me now.

I smoked meth for a couple years before I tried Ritalin or Adderall but I like Adderall and Ritalin better because I feel less paranoia and as long as I eat food and stuff smoke weed no one can tell I'm high
