Export highlighted text for free from PDF

If you read PDF files and highlight some texts, you may want to extract the texts. Acrobat Reader (free) does not support this feature, but you can use this free Add-on tool to accomplish that.
Moreover, if you highlight with different colors, you have the option to export texts sorted by colors.

It works, BUT only for small documents, everytime I try to extract something out of my 1000 + paige book, it crashes. Needs fixing.

I am looking for an app to assist in importing PDF highlights to Notion.
1- Will your addon do the job?
2- Can it be automated to Notion? Like when you do a highlight it goes automatically to a Notion page...

Pocketbook app is better for pdf and ebook highlights storage, highlight important texts in book and in pocketbook app itself there is a export tab, it export all highlights to html text file in pocket reader folder in phone ....
