Yes, my son. There was a time when MTV had music.

Hard to believe Eddie is one of the last surviving grunge singers around today.. nearly all of them lost to suicide or addiction. Best wishes to him and the rest of the surviving scene

Still watching this in 2024 and still enjoying the hell out of it. Music, it would be a terrible world without you.

His voice never changes. If you can get the lyrics to some of his songs, he is truly a gifted singer.

This song is bitter sweet for me.. it reminds me of the time my mom briefly came back into my life when I was 15 (she introduced me to this song) After being back in my life for two months(absent for 2 years after bailing on me and my little brother to run away with inheritance money while fleeing with warrants) she bailed again and didn’t see her again until I was 21 years old… not sure why I decided to share this but if you read this.. thank you 🤙🏼

Man these were some of the most gloomy depressing songs ever written yet they take me back to the best times in my life. God I miss the 90’s!

The 90s was such a magical time for music. These bands, just like any other, get lumped into this categorical label of “grunge” and it just discounts how fucking great they truly were. It’s sad how few of the singers of this era of bands are still alive today. Experiencing this music as a youngster is something I’ll be forever grateful for.
