ULTRAKILL - Angry and Rude railcoin tomfoolery

I think this is the fastest open to defeat them quickly, not sure how much it relies upon RNG - I got lucky with my starting position and they happened to line their hitboxes up with stomp. After I saw how much damage that did I was taken aback and took a while longer than I should have to finish them off.
