I think it be the reverse. There will be a slight downturn, the yeikd curve has been inverted for a very long while and is due. The prices keep going up and numbers are already showing up weak. Then the banks will panic and see those other banks as higher rosks and stop lending, perpetuating the failure they feared. Which is how the recent ones all failed btw.
