Recumbent Trike and Bike Hoist

I made this system based on a few people’s ideas and pictures on Bentrider online. It can be used with both E assist recumbent trikes and bikes as they are pretty heavy. I use this to lift them up and place them on a home made workstand. I use a re-purposed walker for the trike front and an old photo tripod for the rear. The electric hoist I got on Amazon. Works great!
