Roundhouse Kick Tutorial.

•Broken down into each step for training purposes.

Start off with finding the right stance for you.

Step 1- Raise knee directly in front of body and lock ankle, pointing toes down.

Step 2- Pivot supporting leg, rotate hips to allow knee and ankle to reach an even height. Ankle should stay locked and toes pointed.

Step 3- Extend leg entirely and contact the target.
If preferred, retract leg to Step two position by bringing heel back towards your bottom.

Step 4- Drop leg on ground below target or bring all the way back to starting position to repeat.

Step 5- Once kick feels smooth and comfortable, slowly add more speed and power 👊🏽
