How do you choose to print to the custom box from your computer?

Great, accept there is no custom Box on the printer touch screen interface. If I IP into the printer I can create, edit, see, and release jobs sent to the custom box I created. But there is no option for "Custom Box" on the printer display for my user. There is a "Job Box", which is empty. God I hate printers!
