With 2 being so much more action based, having Tails and knuckles and having overall a lot more video game references compared to Sonic 1 that's just a buddy cop movie where sonic spends most of the movie in a truck, how can anyone say the first one is better? And the 3rd one worse than the first? How? the first is comparatively boring by a large margin

From this and other reviews...it seems like the folk that enjoyed Sonic 1 more than Sonic 2...will find this 3rd movie average at best (since it has the least in common with the 1st movie out of the 3)

I still remember the old backlast that you took for saying Sonic posing on top of a building as he jumped down from Sonic 2 was odd or you spoke of it in a semi daratory way and the internet went truly bonkers (by that I mean a few hardcore Sonic fans on your channel lol). To me it is hard to go wrong with a Sonic movie, as even the weakest one is at bare minimum entertaining. I will give this a try for sure.
