I am using the 9800 pro when i select the atmos with bypass the crackling sound is there. If its PCM the sound is normal. So what is the problem here? Please help

Hi, purchased zeb 4000, connected using hdmi arc, everything works fine. After turning off tv, (soundbar turns off as intended) but in few minute soundbar turns on, then off, this restart cycle goes on. Note that it happens only in tv sleep mode. What could be the issue

Hello, I purchased Zeb-Jukebar 9530 pro Dolby, all connections are made exactly as mentioned. In my tv it shows as connected, but I’m not getting the audio output from the speaker. Via connecting through bluetooth it works with some delay, But via ARC it doesn’t.Does anyone else facing the same issue?
