Thank you I’m actually going to try this recipe. That movie is a classic and that scene when they are in jail eating is classic as well. Slicing the garlic with a razor lol the pride the men took in making the meal makes that scene stand out.

You don’t do that with the meat sauce you put meat meat cooked with carrots, celery, and onion in a Bolognese but when you cook with meat, you just add red sauce come on man mean when you cook with big pieces of meat tender but when you do ground beef or I buy like cubed beef and I cut it up real small because it’s bigger and it gets real tender. Will come on go to hell told you that Penn, Italian, my whole life parents from Italy I’ve never seen a meat sauce mix with a Bolognese adding’s.
