Hey Gavin- Small Manufacturer here. Left California in 2022 with 25 employees because of California policies and regulations. Moved to Arizona. All of our employees have health insurance now with just the payroll taxes and workers comp savings.tax savings gave them all a 401K, Cost of living allowed everyone who moved with us to buy a home. Biggest challenge we have faced is detaching our business from California tax systems.
