Have you had any problems with the wheel being jammed? Even with there being no thread, wheel won’t move.

Hi. I have a similar machine and I have 2 issues so far. First.. when I try to sew something the upper thread is pulled back and dissapears somewhere up and I have to put it back in the needle everytime. Second.. the back of the sewing looks terrible.. lots of thread mixed and so on. How do I fix these issues?
