Car parking would be difficult with swing gate in this plan. Sliding gate should be used for easy access to car.

Sir, giveaway for posting negative comment/I understand you are referring to-what could have been better. That truly shows your quality and confidence about your work. Keep it up. If I have to mention, what could have been better, it would be nice if the plan is made as per vasthu eg:if it is ok to hv washbasin below staircase and regarding the room/space next to puja room etc.. Add a plan as per vastu.. But truly Commanadable design..

Sir I love watching ur house design's. For this video if i should find one negative thing that could be improvised is: you could keep the staircase design outside house so that that particular space could be utilised for something else for ex : Room 1 has very small wardrobe size. Thanks

It looks like east phasing house since the kitchen is usually on east south corner.. in that case, west south should be cup board for money, not bathroom.. it's not vaastu compliant.. bathroom s too small.. steps could be v shape where one bathroom can be adopted below steps..

Negative point ye laga k humko jagah ekdum paass mein hi hai kitchen bhi bedroom bhi sabkuch aise lagta hai k ek bada haal hai usmein hi sabkuch part part hai .. kitchen and bedroom wali feeling nu hai
