Ukraine is losing the war. There are mass surrender and desertion. The most important thing is that Ukrainian professional army including elite Nazi units like Azov regiment suffered unsustainable losses and you can't do much with conscripts (most of them are really unwilling to fight for the regime). Western supplies are a drop in the bucket taking into account the amount of already lost hardware. Sending equipment to Ukraine is even dumber than to Afghan "government". Ukrainian army will be done by the end of the year. 50+ billion in American weapons without even minimal oversight is mostly about corruption and kickbacks as usual. I suppose Ukraine is the second largest buyer of Hunter's art after China.

Instead of sending money to the Ukraine the USA could have used that money to subsidize gas prices in the USA. Mexico did that and gas prices have only fluctuated slightly but not so much so that it affects their pockets. I guess Bidden doesn’t care about his citizens. I sympathize with the Ukrainian people but to subject people to un restrained inflation and possibly bankrupting millions of people to fight a war you have no real stake in is ludicrous.
