i figured out what the issue is. basically when you run the command & your internet is on, it modifies the "download .cache" and "download .exe". Here's what needs to be done. If you have downloaded through torrent do a force recheck this will check the originallity of all the files, the last two files needs to be re downloaded, ie. cache and the exe file. After that disable internet(MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!), then open cmd and run the command. Installastion should work. I tried this myself couple of times it worked!

Thank you so very much it really helped and finally I could install it. Though the readme first file was missing I took the info from your video and added it manually in the cmd prompt. Later I have turned off windows defender and wallaaaa...

for those who have the registry key error do this : delete the Lumion folder completely, uninstall utorrent and install the classic one not the web torrent, install the magnet and there you go
