COP26 urged to prioritise adaptation as climate emergency surges

Adapting to climate change must be as important as cutting CO2 emissions.
That is the message from more than 50 global leaders gathering in Rotterdam.
They are urging rich nations to provide billions of dollars and political will to help developing countries.
