I did some seedlings outdoor this year. Direct sunlight-Its 95°+ everyday until September. The only one that didnt handle the heat was a northern lights x bigbud autoflower. It is amazing what seedlings can handle. Best thing to do as this Man has said before-Dont overthink it.

**UPDATE** I said seedlings in week 2, I meant veg…not seedlings. Was going off what was written. Sorry for the confusion guys.

We keep our lights down low with seedlings and raise the light as we go. And also we found that seedlings didn't want food till reaching maturity at about 4 to 6 inches. Seedlings can handle intense light. Clones different story. Keep them lights down low 💪💯👊

I use a heat mat but i spent a couple bucks more and got the digital controller to go with it..now i can run dome temps in the mid 70's with no issues..was well worth the $15

Yes. Worm castings and a spray bottle, for sure. And when you water, spray around the outer edge of the pot, not at the tap root. A humidity dome, heat mat (if you're growing in the winter), and thermometer are good to have too.

I bought a pack of small dowels, thinner than chop sticks, to stick in the soil to check moisture deeper down. Gives me a visual notification to go along with picking the pots up and checking the weight.

I’m thinking of upgrading from the apelila 8000s I’ve been using they work great especially if you got a small grow tent I use them in my greenhouse too plus If I want to hit the switch and turn on the flower button I can but it’s time to upgrade to something that is more spread out in the light area of my tents and greenhouse

I watched your video on where to buy seeds. I purchased the $200 variety pack from ILGM of 5 seeds gorilla glue 5 seeds Bruce banner5 seeds Girl Scout cookies. I wanted to plant 1 seed at a time. 3 out of 5 gorilla glue didn’t even pop 1 popped but is a tiny weak looking sprout that’s not doing anything and doesn’t look like it’s going to make it and 1 sprout that looks amazing. For $200 they need to do better than 1 out of 5!

Pre lightly moistened FF Happy Frog has been my media choice for seedling starts and I’ve done several runs with a 100% success rate using a solo cup and sandwich bag for a humidity dome. Like the man says, until you have good roots established, too much water is your worst enemy. I usually leave my dome in place until it’s first true leaves are established and water with a spray bottle literally up until it’s transplanted. After transplanting, keeping your RH at a optimal level in your grow space becomes your most important ally
