Amy, love to see the sweet moments with Kylo and how engaged he is. What is it about kids and the word No?!? 🤔🙃 He's adorable. The soup you made looks delicious. This is homemade stew and soup season in my home. The comfort gives me all the vibes but like you, I had to shift my focus back to my calorie deficit to achieve my goal. I'm giving myself smaller monthly weight goals for the next 3-4 months but hoping to lose 10-15 by Jan 1. 🤞🏼 Loving our wellness circle as you know. We got this! Sorry to hear Kylo ended up with a bad ear infection. I hope the worst of it is behind him 🙏🏼🫶🏽

Do you limit screentime with kylo? How much do you allow and what activities do you do throughout the day to keep him busy!? I have a 16 month old and I'm trying to limit how much TV he watches or atleast just try to do more activities. Any suggestions?

I have a 4 and 2 year old and let me tell u we went thru so many ear infections and antibiotics. I have worked in daycare with one year olds for a long time, and I agree that 20 is alot of words. I would have parents who would be really concerned because their doctors would say their child was delayed. I always told them that all of the kids in the class were saying about the same amount of words, and no where near 20! Im obviously not a doctor, but just from working with one year olds for years, id say in my opinion Kylo is doing just fine! <3 I had ONE child out of all my classes I had who spoke 20+ words
