Court Orders Bengal Government to Submit Case Diaries, BJP Stages Protest in Kolkata

In a recent development of events in Bengal, BJP workers have demonstrated against an assault on ED officials. The protest led to the enforcement of section 144 in the concerned locality. Accusations flew high as BJP blamed the TMC government for their lack of action against the attackers. Calcutta High Court has temporarily halted the Bengal police's investigation into ED officers until March 31. The state government has been ordered to submit case diaries to the court.
