Seems a lot of people dont know that rivers/water on the surface means walls in the depths. Once i figured that out it made exploring the depths a lot more understandable and navigable.

The depths get really aggravating when the icon is right in front of you on the map but then you gotta climb around a wall you couldn't see.

I hate running around the depths and this helped speed things up a lot. Now my batteries are maxed with a little extra. Thank you!

I like to imagine this might somewhat confirm a third game, a sequel to TOTK. In BOTW, kohga is sent into the depths after you knock him into the massive (and seemingly endless) hole, only to return in the sequel, TOTK. Since kohga does not appear to have an explicit end in this game, and he is supposedly sent back to the surface on his Kohga Rocket, this could hint at a return in a possible third BOTW game. However, there’s also a chance that a DLC for TOTK could cover this and end his story.

Bro I had no idea the depths location was even there at the Rito village. I was exploring the depths, trying to make my to the location marked on the map but no matter how far I went, I couldn’t reach it. Thank you!

1: I feel so bad for the Yiga endlessly researching the Dapths from their little forts. One poor base even got ravaged by a Frox!
2: I feel like I should hate the Depths. They're repetitive, tedious, and barren. But for some reason, I just love walking around down there
