Antipasto recipe! Well... really just the ingredients, because the "recipe" is to just chop them up and layer them in order:

Oranges
Prosciutto
Salami
Pepperoni
Roasted red peppers
Artichoke hearts
Black olives
Green olives
Parmesan cheese (in chunks)
Anchovies

This really sounds odd, but the color combination is SO festive! The longer I think about it, it would seem the sweet, sour, juicy combination just be the ticket to a delicious dish. Lol too funny! They had a bunch of olives 🫒 on sale when I went to the store yesterday, so I snagged a bottle of those green ones and it made me think of you! I believe you said once that they have a taste that reminds you of mozzarella. I ❤️ love olives but never had that specific kind. Can’t wait to try them!! And I think I may have to try to make that salad, it looks so good! I’ll probably try to add the artichokes and Parmesan cheese. Can’t wait to try it!
