Fallout 1/2 sniper is insane. It literally multiplies your luck stat number with 10 and sets is as your crit chance so you have 100% crit with 10 luck.

Before it was patched, the companion perk McCready gives you also gives the same perk accuracy, but it stacks on top of whatever your accuracy was. So say it was 10% McCready would boost it to 35%. Instead of 12.5% ad intended.but since your accuracy was generally always above 75%, you pretty much always had guaranteed headshots.

I'm not using any VATS related Perks except Critical Banker on my current Lvl.97 Player.
I mainly use VATS to Scout for Enemies or Stomp Radroaches. [Fallout4]

Not to mention that in 76, it somewhat stabilizes your scope accuracy so you don’t have to hold your breath.

Which funny enough, there are stabilized mods for your armor arm pieces that do it better and make the perk completely useless to ever have.

In 4, it only works with non-automatic scoped rifles, if the capstone was holding breath no longer uses any ap, no sway, or remove the ap penalty to scopes in vats and rank 1 was vats accuracy that worked with every ranged weapon fallout 4 may have had an amount of build diversity as is it only works with 1/7 weapon types. The second rank is good but it makes me put a scope on a shotgun which is unforgivable in a game without slugs.

I know Fallout is not realistic, but it would be a good mechanic to have increased breath hold after staying still or moving slowly for a while
