My wife opened at Kohl’s this morning. She pulls BOPUS orders and when she walked in at 6AM she had 1, 200 orders in the queue. As of 10AM she and one other order puller had it knocked down to about 600. I don’t know how they do it.

I used to work at Kohl's and had to work from 4:45-1:15 on Black Friday. I have never seen so many staff people present or all of our registers open before, it got crazy so quickly and they were busy all day. I only worked register so I never saw BOPUS but judging by the foot traffic I imagine it was sheer chaos there too. I haven't worked at Kohls for almost a year but I have now learned that it gets just as busy at grocery stores on Black Friday lol.

What’s crazy is I just went to Ulta on Black Friday and there was no one in there. I be there was a crowd at 7 am but by the time I got there around 10 it was already dead. I was literally thinking these poor workers probably got up super early for a small rush only to have the rest of the day go normal.
