Hard reset can downgrade miui? Cause miui 11 haved problem with battery drain...much better with miui 10

Hi guys, I have a problem with my Mi9t

happened this :

- the battery is too cold (impossible beacause was in the same place ever)

- the battery is discharging too fast ( 26 % to 6 % in a couple of minutes)

- when the phone is died happened that the phone start for only one second and after dead?

the problem is the battery?
