i wrote this as a reply to a comment but if any new chess players are confused about what happened:

When the queen turns red and appears to capture the friendly pawn, that’s known as a ‘premove’, in online chess it’s basically saying that you are inputting your next move in advance no matter what the opponent plays and as long as your move is legal it will be executed.

Here andrea pushes a pawn to e5, and in anticipation of her opponent playing fxe5, she premoves Queen to e5 to recapture the f pawn if it captures her e pawn. unfortunately this turns out to be a botez gambit because her opponent captures not with the f pawn but with the d pawn (using en passant) and then is able to capture her queen on the next turn
