This drama has so much flaws (Marital rape, assault, etc) but I'm weirdly obsessed with it I've literally repeated it multiple times. for me, the no 1 source of discontent in this drama is his mother. His mother literally forced everyone around her to follow her will. She knew her son was in a long-term serious relationship but made him marry someone else anyway, and even made him marry someone he hated. She also knew both Pawee and Nit hated each other but still thought she could force them to fall in love by marrying them off. She wanted Nit for a daughter-in-law more than she wanted her son to be happy marrying someone he loved. She kept threatening to go back to the mental hospital to force people to follow her wishes. Her character was cute and funny but also often times annoying. As much as I hated Pawee for cheating on Nit, as well as how annoying his gf Nong Phen became, let's not forget she was the victim too and Nit was the third party sent by his mother to break them up. You don't do that to your son no matter how much you disapprove of his gf, imo. Also, even when Pawee was slowly changing and trying to make amends, Nit maintained her confrontational personality all the way towards the end. I got it, she was bitter for all the things he did to her, but tbh, she also seemed to forget her own mistakes and just focus on how others wronged her. She kept saying he caused her to lose her job but hey, she was the one who majorly screwed up and deserved the repercussion. Whenever he asked her to discuss nicely, she always was super snappy they literally could not improve their communication. As for Pawee, he was confused between not letting his lover go but also falling for his wife but being indecisive just made him like a jerk instead. He could go on dates with his gf but got jealous with Nit's friendship with the editor. The least flawed character and my fave would be the dad. He's so zen.
Anyway, don't let my review/rant keep you from watching this. In general lakorns are flawed but we still have a good time watching them. I definitely stayed with this drama because I thought the lead actors had really good chemistry despite their bickering.

This is repulsive; it romanticizes domestic violence and marital rape all to the beat of catchy music. Any impressionable or vulnerable girl will think it's okay to have a controlling, jealous partner who throws her around because it means he loves her. That misconception is already out in society and it's bad enough as it is without a movie like this coming along. 😖
